The Gallery

Not just on the studio’s gallery walls, but throughout every room in the guesthouse, you will discover Gwendolyn’s diverse art--landscape to abstract in varied media, but predominately watercolor and oil--for which Gwendolyn has won numerous awards. The Studio

Shawnee Falls Studio has been a working studio and gallery for nine years offering year-round exhibitions and adult classes. B&B guests may take private lessons, join classes, or work on their own. Easels, work tables, water containers, and boards are available for guests’ use and limited supplies are available for sale such as Winsor Newton watercolors and Arches paper. Strathmore drawing tablets and pencils are complimentary to B&B guests. Four times between June and October, Gwendolyn’s 6-day drawing/watercolor workshop entitled Simplify the Process is offered (with reduced room rates for students attending the workshop; see the workshop page for details).
